Our mission is to help humanity thrive by providing holistic services that prevent and alleviate chronic pain and illness caused by the growing pains of life no matter where a person is in their life cycle. We wish to create an environment of healing where our clients can reach their highest potential. We believe that by addressing the interconnectedness of our physical, mental and spiritual needs and utilizing evidence-based approaches, our clients can cultivate and sustain a sense of inner peace and well-being.

Who cannot receive services: U.R.Wellness reserves the right to refuse service. Federal laws prohibit discrimination based on a person's national origin, race, color, religion, disability, sex, and familial status. To maintain professional standards and reduce risk of injury anyone who falls under any of the documented massage contraindication. U.R.Wellness does offer prenatal-massages as well as Doula services however, we will not offer massage services pregnant women within their first trimester.

Meaning-
Universal: adj. 1. of , affecting, or done by all people or things in the world or in a group; applicable to all cases. Noun. 2 a person or thing having universal effect, currency, or application.
Restoration: noun. 1. The action of returning something to a former owner, place, or condition. 2. The return of a hereditary monarch to a throne, a head of state to government, or a regime to power.
Wellness: noun. The state of being in good health, especially as an active pursued goal. “Measures of a patient's progress towards wellness.”
Vision-
My vision is to inspire and awaken the potential of a healthy, mindful, society. As a person who has experience with back and joint issues, I over-stand the importance of massage, & the positive healing effects available. As a person who has experience with anxiety and depression I promote massage and other therapies as a healthy option to combat the negative symptoms associated with these mental challenges. I understand that many of us are disconnected from bodies, our minds are chronically frazzled, and our spirits are looking for deeper meaning and connection.
We will focus on providing professional services to both individuals and groups, with a particular emphasis on holistic approaches to healing. We plan to employ a variety of techniques, such as client assessment, goal setting, lifestyle management, nutrition counseling, energy healing, and spirituality counseling and meditation. It is my goal to promote Universal Restoration Wellness through the art of touch, to assist in bringing the Mind, the Body, and the Spirit (Heart &Soul) back into alignment and a more natural state of well-being.
